Existing client phone calls
There are times that a phone call may be required for a number of reasons and this is to be expected.
For this reason, we've set up certain call regulations to ensure that the cost of service stays low:
The first call is free, and this is the free consultation.
For existing client calls, we will offer an appointment invitation once email resolution has failed.
The appointment invitation code must be entered on the appointment scheduling at the time of the request.
*Although a phone call may be more convenient for the client, it is not for us and costs us money. To keep the cost of service low, this is one of the changes that were recently implemented due to clients taking advantage of the service and service provider. This is also why proof of services are provided. You can simply login to your client portals and view the work done on your behalf.
